This is the Master File that I use for my instructors at TRUEKRAV. This Full-Spectrum Course gives you instant access to the exactly the same Theory and Techniques, that I roll-out to TRUEKRAV Instructors when I plan their classes. This course covers the Full-Spectrum from Hand to Hand, Gun, Knife, Ground (including weapons on ground) Rifle, Stick as well as use of gun, knife, stick. And much more... This course is perfect for Self-Defence instructors who want to upgrade their curriculum. Or, for anyone who is serious about gaining TRUEKRAV instructor-level knowledge, either for their own safety, or to potentially start their own training group between friends and family. Wherever they are, with what they have. This course will also be updated and even more content will be loaded to the 'master file' in March 2025, and again in May 2025.

Defence Class

This is a course that transforms you into someone capable of fighting back. Content is drip-dropped every month and every month has a new focus. I make sure that nothing is missed in the process. This course follows the exact same progression and curriculum as I would teach to someone who trains privately and in person with me. The course is perfect for individuals who are serious about learning self-defence the right way. And for those who want to receive the same training as TRUEKRAV members get, but who can't get to a facility. BTW, being an active subscriber to DEFENCE CLASS also gives you FREE in-person training at a TRUEKRAV facility, in our standard classes, which is beneficial to your training and knowledge. Conversely. being an active member at any TRUEKRAV Branch gives you free access to this course.

TRUEKRAV Knowledge Course

My intention with this course is to reach as many people as possible, and provide them with valuable knowledge that will make them safer. Regardless of age, gender or fitness level, this course is designed to make everyone safer, for life. This course will explain what self-defence is, and what it is not. It also explains when to fight and when to walk away. The course will also explain a strategy to use if you ever have to fight back. The course also gives a physical presentation to explain the concept of effective self-defence training. Finally, this course will give you 4 instructional videos about defences against life-threatening scenarios.
